    The petitioners submitted that the South Gate Police conducted enquiry for the first complaint given by the 2nd respondent and the same was closed. Later, a second complaint which was similar to the first complaing given by the 2nd respondent and for that complaint under guise of enquiry the respondent police is harassing the petitioners.

    The first respondent admitted that earlier complaint given by the second respondent was closed and thereafter the second respondent has given complaint before the Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded to the South Gate Police Station and enquiry is pending. Further submitted that since the similar complaint earlier was closed, they have decided to close the present complaint also.
